CORAL SHIPPING

IMPORTANT:

We ship on Monday to Thursday. We will e-mail you to arrange and confirm a shipping date after placing your order. We will not ship until this has been agreed. Corals are living animals, and it is your responsibility to make sure someone is there to accept delivery on the first attempt. Failure to accept the shipment on the first attempt will void the DOA policy.

EXCLUSIONS: 

Shipping to the EU, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands is not possible.

Any orders placed from these regions will be cancelled and refunded.

HOW WE SEND:

All shipments are sent via RM Special delivery - Next day before 1pm.

A tracking number will be sent on the day.

Postage fees are non-refundable. We will only send to the address given on the order,  We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided or courier delays. 

PACKAGING:

All corals are shipped in a watertight plastic containers or doubled bagged, they are then placed in an insulated box and in most cases will be accompanied with a 40-hour heat pack. 

During summertime we may choose to exclude the heat packs.

Dead On Arrival Policy (DOA): 

As you can appreciate, we are dealing with live animals and in the unfortunate event that your coral arrives dead please follow the guidelines below.

Please send a clear photo of the coral within its original packaging within 2 hours of signing for the package. 

We cannot take responsibility for the coral once it has entered your system. 

Once a DOA has been confirmed by us, either a refund for the cost of the coral or store credit will be applied. 

Postage fees are non-refundable.
